Eligibility & permitted use

Every product sold by Poder Peptides is sold strictly for laboratory and research use. By placing an order you represent that you are 21 or older, that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution acquiring these compounds solely for research purposes, and that you will not use, resell, or represent these products for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or any clinical, diagnostic, or veterinary application. This restriction is a condition of sale, not merely informational.

Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received or, for manual payment methods such as Zelle, once payment is confirmed by our team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected misuse, incomplete information, or payment issues.

Shipping

Estimated shipping timelines are provided at checkout or by email and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns

Because of the nature of the products sold, all sales are final once an order has shipped, except where a product arrives damaged or misidentified. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report an issue.

Limitation of liability

Poder Peptides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Poder Peptides harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these terms, your certification of research use, or your use of any product outside the permitted use described above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from these terms or your order will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
